To receive a draft itinerary and cost estimate, send us some brief details using the  contact us page.

Once we have received your deposit we would expect to work closely with you to discuss and scope out your requirements for your wedding or special occasion.

We will document  your requirements in a chronological itinerary, including the activities and events leading up to the day, within 15 days.

We would then expect to review this with you and make any changes, so that we can commence making the detailed arrangements for the day, once you agree the itinerary.
